books RELATIVE QUALITY OF EDUCATION
On December 17, 1999, the School Board voted unanimously to approve the agreement on the Relative Quality of Education factor. The following implementations will be made by the Pinellas County School System:

    Continue to use processes as outlined in the document Plan to Improve Student Achievement (as well as changes made as a result of improvement cycles).

    Set aspirational goals for all students.

    Use continuous improvement systems throughout the school system.
